The meetings of the Board of Directors of the District are typically scheduled at 7pm (unless stated otherwise), open to the public, held at the District Office located at 7500 Schmidt Lane in El Cerrito near the El Cerrito Recycling Center, and currently streamed via Zoom.
The latest agenda is posted at least 72 hours before the scheduled meeting. Items on the agenda may be taken out of order. A portion of the meeting is always set aside for Public Comment for items not on the the agenda. Public Comments on agenda items will be heard when the item is up for consideration. Public comment is limited to three (3) minutes for each individual speaker. All District residents are encouraged to attend.
