Private Sewer Lateral (PSL) Replacement Loan Program

The Private Sewer Lateral (PSL) Replacement Loan Program is designed to encourage property owners to protect and preserve the environment by offering a no-interest deferred payment loan of up to $30,000 to replace PSLs.
