Stege Sanitary District no longer maintains records on the status of Certificates of Compliance for the properties in the District. For questions regarding the status of your property, please contact EBMUD at 1-866-403-2683 or visit www.eastbaypsl.com.

FOR NEW AND EXISTING FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENTS

For new and/or remodelling food service establishments (FSE), please download and review the FSE GUIDELINES which is required prior to plan check.

FSEs such as restaurants, bakeries, canteens, etc., may require a GREASE CONTROL DEVICE. An inspection for grease producing capability may be scheduled with the EBMUD FOG program.

FOR NEW DEVELOPMENTS

Any new developers planning on performing work within the District service area needs to perform a SEWER CAPACITY STUDY to analyze the impact of the new development on the capacity of the existing sanitary sewer system.

Compliance Officer

Stege Sanitary District has designated a compliance officer for website disability-related accommodations. The compliance officer has received training in website accessibility and updates the site in accordance with those best practices. Contact our accessibility officer to report an issue.

In addition to testing with users with a wide range of disabilities and coding our website to WCAG standards, Stege Sanitary District regularly scans its website to ensure ongoing compliance, and makes timely changes to any inaccessible changes, if any are found.
