The Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP), is a document prepared by Stege Sanitary District that outlines the activities that the District utilizes to manage its wastewater collection system effectively.
Through the effective planning and diligent maintenance as described in the SSMP, Stege Sanitary District aims to minimize the number and impact of sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs), provide adequate sewer capacity to convey peak flows, and maintain and improve the condition of the collection system infrastructure to provide reliable service into the future.
